Tarpon Beach House

In this partial-renovation project, BOND was hired to to rethink the interiors of a midcentury house originally designed by Harry Bates. Built as a tall pagoda-like structure, the house’s top floor sits high above the landscape, overlooking a small pond. The project’s design direction focused on connecting the interior to the exterior by introducing new windows, interior cedar siding, and sustainable materials that can age better.
For this project, BOND designed custom bathroom vanities as well as nightstands, all fabricated by Lesser Miracle.
The project was featured in the June issue of Architectural Digest.
